Hello Everyone! Tonight I made Keto Chicken Tenders! To make the recipe you will need the following: 1 egg 4 Chicken Tenders 1 c. Almond Flour Himalayan Salt Pepper Shredded Parmesan Cheese To Begin: - Spray your pan with non stick coconut cooking spray and preheat the oven to 375 degrees. - Scramble your egg. - Dip the Chicken in the egg and then in the Almond Flour. - Sprinkle Shredded Parmesan Cheese over Chicken and Salt and Pepper to taste. - Place in the pan and bake for 35 minutes.
