Update: Today's Weigh In

Hey Everyone! So today I weighed in and I did it! I broke the 230s!!! :) My Weight as of Today is: 229.9 lbs! We're on our way to the goal of 228.4! On Tuesday we will weigh in and see what my final weight for the week is! I've been drinking my KETO OS//MAX Swiss Cacao as my breakfast and being conscientious to eat less than 50 carbs a day. xoxo Christina

Game Plan for Today

Hey Guys! So yesterday I had a Keto OS//MAX Swiss Cacao. Today I will be having another Swiss Cacao. I think that has got to be my favorite flavor now! It tastes like hot chocolate. It can be made both hot or cold. I make mine Iced with Unsweetened Vanilla Almondmilk in a blender. It comes out nice and frothy and tastes delicious! :) I weighed in this morning at: 230.5. Since restarting at 231.4 I've lost 0.9 lbs. I'm doing 50 carbs or less a day and drinking 1 Pruvit Keto OS//MAX drink a day. New Starting Weight

Hello Everyone! So as I start again, my new starting weight is 231.4 lbs. My goal for the week is to get out of the 230s and hit 228.4. I started this morning with a Swiss Cacao Keto OS//MAX drink and am having 2 tbsp. of peanut butter and 3 pieces of bacon with a kind bar. This time around I am not doing a full Keto diet - even the 20 carb/day was a little too stringent for me to stick with so I will be doing a low calorie, low carb (under 50 carbs/day) and high fat diet - along with drinking the Keto OS//MAX once a day. xoxo Christina

Restart!

Hey Everyone! So I got a little off track with Halloween and everything but tomorrow we're going to start again! I'm going to be pretty transparent with you guys right now and admit that things have not been great with my mental health. I'm finally starting to get regulated again and I'm feeling ready to do this! I'd love it if you'd drop any inspiration that you guys have in the comments! :) xoxo Christina

Weekly Update for Wednesday October 17th!

Hello Everyone! So each week I'm going to be giving you an update on my progress. Each update will include: my starting weight of that week, my ending weight of that week, what I thought I did right and what I think I can work on for the future. Not every week is going to be perfect (because I'm human) but I'll work as hard as I can to model a good week for you guys! This week my starting weight was 233.6 lbs. My ending weight was: 226.8 lbs. Overall I've lost 6.8 lbs since starting a week ago. The reboot helped me to lose 5 lbs and I got down to 224.8 but 2 lbs came back on over the past two days because of going back to eating. I've been eating keto but it still came back on. I think my portion size has definitely gotten better. For next week, I'd like to work on getting back into a workout routine. Even something simple around the house. xoxo Christina
