New Starting Weight

Hello Everyone!

So as I start again, my new starting weight is 231.4 lbs. My goal for the week is to get out of the 230s and hit 228.4.

I started this morning with a Swiss Cacao Keto OS//MAX drink and am having 2 tbsp. of peanut butter and 3 pieces of bacon with a kind bar.

This time around I am not doing a full Keto diet - even the 20 carb/day was a little too stringent for me to stick with so I will be doing a low calorie, low carb (under 50 carbs/day) and high fat diet - along with drinking the Keto OS//MAX once a day.
