My Personal Diet Plan

Hello Everyone!

I wanted to take a few minutes to share with you my personal diet plan for this journey! :)

I have mentioned doing a KETO diet and while that is true - I'm not 100% keto. I allot for 20 carbs a day and instead do a low carb diet (I simply just call it keto).

Along with doing a low-carb diet, I have been drinking Keto OS// MAX by Pruvit.

So far since starting I have lost 8.8 lbs.
