My Weightloss Story: Up from here
Hello Everyone!
Today I want to share with you my journey thus far.
My journey starts around age 10 or 11. I was always on the muscular side due to taking dance at a young age (from 3-8) but when I hit puberty I really started putting on weight. My Mom took me to T.O.P.S. at the local community center at 11. I weighed in at 144 lbs. I attended regularly but kept packing on the pounds. At 15, just 4 years later I weighed 180 lbs. When I graduated high school at 16, I weighed in at 196 lbs.
College was a whole new beast. I thought I had avoided the freshman 15 when I lost some weight my first semester. I had been going to the gym and working out and eating healthy (in moderation). I had been counting calories and using myfitnesspal. I got down to 185 lbs again. However, it wasn't realistic. At my lowest, I had turned to starving myself to keep the weight shedding. I would go to the gym 2-3x a day and spend hours on the treadmill until I felt like passing out. Needless to say, I gained all the weight back plus 30 lbs.
Today I weigh 233.6 lbs. So this is where I'm starting. But 100 lbs - that's where we're going!! :)
And this time we're going to do it the healthy way - the right way - the KETO way!!
