Hello Everyone! Tonight I made Keto Chicken Tenders! To make the recipe you will need the following: 1 egg 4 Chicken Tenders 1 c. Thoughts Pre-Reboot

Hello Everyone! This post is to discuss my thoughts pre-reboot! When I first got the reboot I was very intimidated. It seemed like a lot to do. Between fasting all day and taking only the supplements provided I was a bit worried that I wouldn't be able to do it. However, I've been on keto os//max for 3 days now and have lost 5.6 lbs.
