Hello Everyone! Tonight I made Keto Chicken Tenders! To make the recipe you will need the following: 1 egg 4 Chicken Tenders 1 c. Almond Flour Himalayan Salt Pepper Shredded Parmesan Cheese To Begin: - Spray your pan with non stick coconut cooking spray and preheat the oven to 375 degrees. - Scramble your egg. - Dip the Chicken in the egg and then in the Almond Flour. - Sprinkle Shredded Parmesan Cheese over Chicken and Salt and Pepper to taste. - Place in the pan and bake for 35 minutes.                                                  Uncooked - getting ready to get in the oven!!                                                     Cooked and ready to be eaten!! Thoughts Pre-Reboot

Hello Everyone! This post is to discuss my thoughts pre-reboot! When I first got the reboot I was very intimidated. It seemed like a lot to do. Between fasting all day and taking only the supplements provided I was a bit worried that I wouldn't be able to do it. However, I've been on keto os//max for 3 days now and have lost 5.6 lbs. The program is easy and doable and has been fun! I can't wait to see my reboot results and share them with you! xoxo Christina
