Reboot Package :)

Hello Everyone!

So starting on October 13th - this Saturday - I will be doing the Keto Reboot with my Mom!

The reboot includes:
                        - 10 Signal//OS Capsules
                        - 4 Raspberry Lemonade Keto//OS MAX Packets
                        - 4 Better Broth Packets (2 Thyme, 2 Salted Caramel)
                        - 3 Keto Kalm Packets (2 Caramel Apple, 1 Chocolate)

The schedule for the reboot is the following:

Saturday

 30 mins before bed: Keto//Kalm

Sunday and Monday

 Upon Waking: Keto//OS MAX
(2) Signal//OS Capsules

Noon: Better//Broth
(2) Signal//OS Capsules

3pm: Keto//OS MAX

6pm: Better//Broth

30 mins before bed: Keto//Kalm

Tuesday

 Morning: First Meal

Thoughts Pre-Reboot

Hello Everyone! This post is to discuss my thoughts pre-reboot! When I first got the reboot I was very intimidated. It seemed like a lot to do. Between fasting all day and taking only the supplements provided I was a bit worried that I wouldn't be able to do it. However, I've been on keto os//max for 3 days now and have lost 5.6 lbs.
