Reboot thoughts - Day 2

Hello Everyone!

First, I want to say.. dang. This. was. hard.

BUT... WE DID IT!

Though it's been difficult, I've gained a lot from doing the reboot.

Mentally-- Last night was the first night in months that I've gone to bed and been able to sleep without anxiety or nightmares. I feel more clarity and just happiness.

Physically-- I can tell I've lost inches. Unfortunately, I didn't take my measurements before starting - except my weight of course. So I'll update you on my weight tomorrow morning. I definitely have a little bit of an energy dip right now but I'm pushing through.

Overall, I feel okay. I've been taking little bits of himalayan pink salt to alleviate my migraines and hunger pains. I just can't wait to get up tomorrow and get back on my keto diet.

From the 22-26th, I will be trying the butter and beef fast and will be detailing that for you guys.

I can't wait to do that and compare the two. But for now, I will be going back to a strict keto diet of 20 carbs or less starting tomorrow morning after I take my last two Signal//OS Capsules.
