Struggling: Send Help

Hello Everyone!

So by now my stomach is in full swing of being angry. And HUNGRY! Thankfully I've only got about 18 more hours and then I can eat.

I've taken my second set of Signal//OS Capsules for the day and am working on drinking my second OS//MAX.

I will be taking my third OS//MAX at 6:30.

My final thoughts on today will be posted at 5 PM EST today.

Thoughts Pre-Reboot

Hello Everyone! This post is to discuss my thoughts pre-reboot! When I first got the reboot I was very intimidated. It seemed like a lot to do. Between fasting all day and taking only the supplements provided I was a bit worried that I wouldn't be able to do it. However, I've been on keto os//max for 3 days now and have lost 5.6 lbs.
